Returns

At Almond Delight, we take pride in delivering products that are fresh and of the highest quality. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final once they leave our facility. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any food product.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@almondelight.com within 5 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to review the issue. If approved, we may issue a refund of the shipping cost only, or replace the affected item at our discretion.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes
  • Items that have been opened, partially consumed, or stored improperly after delivery
  • Delays or issues caused by external carriers, weather conditions, or service outages

In the rare case that a carrier or service failure directly impacts your delivery, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds for such cases will only cover the shipping fee, not the product itself.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and handed off to the carrier, delivery times begin based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships. While we do our best to meet stated delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
