Ingredients:

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or a preheated pizza stone.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the shredded Nutzarella over the dough.
  5. Arrange the pear slices over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top.
  7. Drizzle with agave syrup.
  8. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove the pizza from the oven. Optionally, top with fresh arugula for a peppery bite. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Slice and serve immediately.
